Bids will be accepted on-line via our bid form until August 3, 2006 by 5pm Pacific Standard Time. The current high bid will be displayed at all times along with the bidding history. The home may be purchased at any time between now and then at the BUY IT NOW price.
This home auction is being conducted with an undisclosed reserve price. If the reserve price is not met by the bidding process, the seller is not bound to sell the home. Serious bidders are encouraged to bid what they truly feel the home is worth. This will increase their chances of gaining the opportunity to purchase the home.
This bidding process will be conducted in earnest. The seller will not introduce artificially high bids into the bidding process in order to drive up the selling price of the home. Also, artificially high bids from bidders will not be accepted.
On Thursday, August 4, 2006, the highest bidder will be asked to submit a purchase and sale agreement along with an earnest money deposit of $2500 with our settlement agent. The sale will then go into escrow and the buyer will be allowed the time necessary to obtain financing, etc.
Our settlement agent will process the transaction for both parties at no additional cost to the buyer. The buyer may, however, choose to have their own settlement agent or realtor represent them at their own cost.
